Joyce Huang

Joyce Huang is the Director of Finance for the Texas Design Journal. She has experience teaching English to Chinese students during weekly Zoom lessons and mentoring students in presentation and interpersonal skills at a summer camp in Hangzhou, China. She has also facilitated outreach, fundraising, mentoring, engineering notebook development, and recruitment as the Robotics Team Manager and led her to the World Championships twice. Joyce finds the intersectionality of design intriguing, bridging paths between seemingly unrelated fields and applying its fundamentals to all facets of life. Moving forward, she intends on applying design solutions to address relevant business-centered problems.
